Mr. Stoehr has a long and established banking and specialty finance career as both an entrepreneur and banking/finance business development professional. Mr. Stoehr has over 30 years of experience originating and managing credit relationships to small and middle market sized companies. Mr. Stoehr joined Strategic Finance, Inc. in 1996 as the company’s SVP Business Development. Following the sale of SFI, in 2002 Mr. Stoehr concentrated his efforts in building a “Best in Class” structured finance platform. Since 1996 Mr. Stoehr has been instrumental in building strong alliances and relationships with over 200 senior and junior lenders across the United States. Before joining Strategic Finance, Mr. Stoehr served as a Vice President for Bank of America, Texas and First City, Texas where he was responsible for originating and managing greater Houston, Texas metropolitan area-based lending relationships for companies with revenues up to $250 million. Mr. Stoehr earned his B.S. degree from Purdue University, and passed the Texas CPA exam in 1985

Mr. Wayne has over 35 years of experience in the Corporate Finance Industry providing capital solutions to middle market companies. The majority of his career has been spent building a track record as a Trusted Advisor with large privately owned and small publicly owned companies. His experience in capital markets, syndications, corporate and commercial C & I lending have helped him circle needed capital for clients. Prior to joining Stratfin Partners, he served as a Commercial Lending Manager for Zion's Bank Texas affiliate, Amegy Bank, where he was responsible for originating new loans and managing asset quality. He spent most of his career working for Chase Bank in corporate and commercial lending with a short stent spent with Merrill Lynch's Business Financial Advisory Services Group. He received his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Baylor University in 1984, sat for the CFA in 2000, received his Series 7 and Series 66 in 2004, and served as a visiting Professor teaching Loan Structuring for the Banking Curriculum at University of Houston's Bauer College of Business

Mr. Foos has had over 30 years of experience in all aspects of financing/leasing of equipment in the commercial, municipal and federal market place. In commercial, he worked with Fortune 1000 companies as customers as well as smaller and middle market companies coordinating with major suppliers of equipment including IBM, Xerox and Varian Instruments among others. In the federal market place, he concluded a number of large and complex financings for ATF, Ft. Stewart, Bethesda Naval Medical Center and US Patent Office through both GSA teaming and Open Market orders. This required coordination between multiple parties including contracting officers, attorneys and large suppliers for pricing, contract negotiations, and documentation. Prior to joining Stratfin Partners, Mr. Foos managed a small company with 15 employees, privately funded portfolios of equipment leases, placed debt with various banks including Citi Bank, B of A and AT&T. He is experienced in all aspects of equipment financing including accounting, marketing, documentation, leveraged transactions for both debt and equity, equipment valuations and creative structuring.

After graduating he served as a Loan Review Consultant for BKD, LLP. In this role, he worked at 75-100 Banks & Credit Unions ranging from $300MM to $6B in total assets. As a Loan Review Consultant, Mr. Stoehr was responsible for the credit analysis of approximately 1,000 borrowers annually. Mr. Stoehr has experience in C&I lending, commercial real estate, agricultural and municipality lending.
